The 2010 TTRA Annual Conference will be held in San Antonio Texas at the Grand Hyatt from Sunday June 20 through Tuesday June 22. Information about lodging at the Grand Hyatt can be found on the Lodging Details page. The Grand Hyatt is conveniently located on San Antonio's Famous Riverwalk. 

Delegates flying to San Antonio should use the San Antonio International Airport, airport code SAT.

Attire at all program sessions is Business Casual unless otherwise noted.  We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the air-conditioned meeting rooms.  For evenings, dress comfortably as you would in any other warm destination. The average temperatures in San Antonio, Texas are a high of 92^o F during the day and a low of 72^o F in the evening. 

The attire for the Closing Dinner Event, sponsored by Tourism London our host for the 2011 conference,  will be cocktail attire/suits.
