Guam Visitors Bureau - Data Analytics Software & Interactive Dashboard Development Request for Proposal

Invitation: The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB), a public non-stock, non-profit, Membership Corporation, issues this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) GVB RFP 2017-006 DATA ANALYTICS SOFTWARE & INTERACTIVE DASHBOARD DEVELOPMENT soliciting proposals from established firms or individuals for the purpose of acquiring a data analytic software program that would effectively manage, analyze and present data derived from the Guam Customs Forms into customizable reports, which will be accessible through the development of an interactive dashboard.

Deadline: Submission deadline is 5:00 p.m. Chamorro Standard Time on Monday, March 13, 2017.  Proposals shall be submitted to the attention of the President and CEO.  Questions, if any, should be made in writing to the President and CEO, which can be dropped off at the GVB office; emailed to; or sent by fax to 646-8861 according to the timeline provided in the RFP.

State of Missouri Office of Administration Division of Purchasing Request for Proposal

Invitation: The State of Missouri Division of Purchasing has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for possible research needs for the Missouri Division of Tourism (MDT).

The contractor(s) successful in this bidding opportunity shall be asked to provide one or more of the research studies specified below:

·         Marketing & Media Effectiveness Study

·         Advertising Testing/Concept Study

·         Website Functionality and Effectiveness Study

·         Domestic Visitor Data Collection Survey and Database Project

·         Missouri Tourism Economic Impact Analysis Study/Report

·         Domestic Destination Awareness & Brand Study

·         International Destination Awareness & Brand Study

·         Customer Satisfaction Study (ies)

The contractor(s) shall understand that the studies listed above constitute potential and estimated research needs over the next four years.  Therefore, the contractor shall further agree and understand that the actual studies that shall be required by MDT shall be dependent upon MDT’s research needs as well as funding availability, and that some of the studies listed above may not be conducted at all OR may be required to be conducted for one year, two years, three years or annually.

ttra International releases website redesign RFP

Invitation: ttra is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to create a new brand-compliant website for the association.

Destination Canada - Request for Supplier Qualification


Invitation:  The purpose of this Request for Supplier Qualification (the "RFSQ") is to solicit proposals for various research services for Destionation Canada.

The Canadian Tourism Commission, doing business as Destination Canada ("DC"), is Canada’s national tourism marketing organization. A federal Crown corporation, DC supports the Canadian tourism industry by marketing Canada as a premier four-season tourism destination, and supports the Canadian economy by generating tourism export revenues.
Through collaboration and partnerships with the private sector, the Government of Canada, plus the provinces and territories, DC works with the tourism sector to maintain our competitiveness and position Canada as a destination where travelers can create extraordinary personal experiences.
DC’s approach focuses on those global markets where Canada’s tourism brand leads and yields the highest return on investment. DC is active in 12 key geographic markets: Brazil, China, India, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, Australia, France, Germany, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.
Please note that a proponent may bid on one individual Scope of Work (C.2 Quantitative or C.3 Qualitative & Exploratory) or both Scopes of Work (C.2 Quantitative and C.3 Qualitative & Exploratory) in Section C. Proponents need not bid on both Scopes of Work to be considered.
It is DC’s intent to develop a “Roster” of pre-qualified proponents which will be utilized as required to meet DC’s needs.
