Speaker Support and Audiovisual Needs
Presentations, visuals and handouts will be accepted in English only. All presentation rooms will be equipped with an LCD Projector, screen, and microphone. TTRA DOES NOT PROVIDE COMPUTERS FOR PRESENTATION ROOMS. It is the responsibility of each presenter to either bring a computer or make arrangements to use one from a session co-presenter. If your presentation requires special equipment such as an overhead projector, special audio hookup, or dvd player, you must contact Louri O'Leary for approval. TTRA does not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request. All special requests MUST be received no later than April 1, 2008. Indicate special requests on the Speaker Introduction Form.
Please remember to bring a CD or memory stick backup of your presentation in case of equipment failure.
Due to the many kinds of equipment and programs, there are sometimes compatibility problems that may not be resolved in time for your presentation. For example, PowerPoint software purchased overseas and projectors in the U.S. are going to have slight differences; therefore, the European presenter may encounter a few glitches when setting up or running their presentations. PLEASE SAVE YOUR PRESENTATION ON A STICK DRIVE AS A BACKUP TO YOUR COMPUTER COPY. TTRA does NOT provide computers for presenters.
Please contact TTRA if you have any questions or need more information. Phone +1-208-429-9511 or e-mail admin@ttra.com Attn: Conference Organizer
